  3.   4. To our corporate affiliates, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with My school wall (in which case we will require such entities to honor this Privacy Policy).
  5. If My school wall is acquired by or merged with another entity or in connection with a sale of our assets.

In addition, My school wall may forward any copyright infringement Notification, Counter Notification (as each of those terms is defined in terms of Service), or trademark infringement notice you submit according to My school wall’s Terms of Service, and any related communications, to third parties.

Your use of areas of the Service intended for interaction with other users may reveal your username and allow you to publish certain personal information about yourself. 13. Non-European Residents

Please be aware that your Personal Information and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases outside your state, province, or country. If you are located outside of the United States, please be advised that we may process and store all information in the United States. The laws in the United States may not be as protective of your privacy as those in your location. By using our Service, you agree that the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of your Personal Information and communications will be governed by the laws in the United States.

In its sole and absolute discretion, my school wall may change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
